First visit for us today! What a fantastic place, staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing but it was so difficult to choose what to have from the menu! Such a lovely cosy atmosphere and the addition of blankets and hot water bottles was a great touch. It was great to be able to take our dog Lexi who was a fan of the Cumberland sausage! We will definitely be back to visit again!
Back in 2025, things have changed. More a dining place, bakery has shrunk. No more pizza. There's a more pricey menu. Nothing special but food still tasty. Think we prefer the way it was. Fresh and homely. Pizza is freshly made with right balance of tomato sauce and cheese. toastie is in fact a freshly baked ciabatta that's thick and fluffy and toasted, with generous filling of farm ham and cheese. Service is attentive and like chatting with friendly neighbour. Al fresco seating is comfortable. Wish we were not so full from the hearty portions that we had to doggy back the pizza, because there were freshly baked focaccia bread, mille feuille, cannoli, pies, tarts, and more. Definitely one of our top places to eat around Ilkley.
Called in for Sunday lunch - looked cosy inside. The outside space is a real sun trap and it was so relaxing that it felt like we were on holiday. Lunch was lovely and the staff were very friendly and obliging. Will definitely be back.
Great selection of Mains, Deserts and drinks. The staff are really nice and helpful. We sat outside on our visits. Our food was delicious and we also enjoyed a lovely pint of cool beer. Will be recommending to anyone visiting the area
This is such a great bistro to have on our doorstep. The food is fresh and local and the coffee is lovely. Friendly staff and a very chic feel to the whole place. Great little deli shop as well with a varied selection. Can’t recommend enough.
A hidden gem with a warm welcome and friendly staff! They have hot water bottles and blankets for colder months, which makes it cosy. The new barn is very special and is well worth a visit for coffee and cake (or the food menu also looks great)
I haven't been since it was a much smaller café style place - it's clearly more restauranty now inside , but cafe small tables outside for a quick cuppa or an ice cream. Food was lovely
I recently discovered Joyful Deli in Addingham, and I can confidently say it has the best breakfast I’ve ever had. This spot had a welcoming atmosphere with top-tier food and service. I went for the full English breakfast, and every element was cooked to perfection. The bacon was crispy, the sausages were full of flavour, and the eggs were done just right. Beyond the food, the aesthetic of Joyful Deli is stunning!
